Our tracking system receives GPS position updates every 15 seconds from all fleet vehicles. Status milestones (such as "Picked Up" and "In Transit") are updated by our operations team as events occur. For long-haul shipments, you can expect at least four to six updates per day during active transit.
If your tracking number returns no results, first check that you have copied it correctly from your confirmation email or invoice. Tracking numbers follow the format ANG-YYYY-XXXXXX. If the issue persists, your shipment may have been booked under a corporate account number — please contact your account manager or our support team at [email protected].
Yes. Automated email and SMS notifications are sent at every major milestone: booking confirmed, pickup completed, in transit, approaching destination (within 2 hours), and delivery confirmed. You can also request custom notification triggers — such as an alert when your shipment crosses a border — by speaking with your account manager.

Order Confirmed — Your booking has been received and a collection window has been allocated.

Picked Up — Cargo has been collected from the origin address and loaded onto a vehicle.

In Transit — Your shipment is actively moving toward its destination. Live position data is available.

Out for Delivery — The vehicle is on the final delivery route to the destination address.

Delivered — Cargo has been successfully delivered and proof of delivery (ePOD) has been issued.

On Hold — A temporary delay has occurred; your account manager will contact you within 30 minutes.

For active shipments experiencing unexpected delays, your first point of contact is your dedicated account manager — their direct number is included in your booking confirmation.
